Our company has acquired a 750,000+ sq ft facility in Niles, MI that sits on 29 acres. They have adult and medicinal licenses in place for the property and the city of Niles is willing to allow expansion of the building for more grow in the future. First and foremost, we are looking for capital for Z-Spot Pharms buildout. In addition to our capital needs, we also are looking to fill the space with other cultivation, processing, dispensaries tenants. The spaces lease for $10/ft gross. Attached is an executive summary for Z-Spot Pharms. Upon request, I will also provide a description of how we can build Z-Spot Pharm’s space in phases if an investor would rather participate this way or we can also build this out in one phase. We have excellent contacts on the distribution side of things and are currently ready to start construction as soon as the capital needed is there. We are willing to put up 600k for the buildout as well.
