Microbusiness Application Refund
License applicants who submitted an application during the application time period and were denied solely for not being chosen by lottery, will be eligible for a refund. Applicants denied for failing to meet eligibility criteria are not eligible for a refund.
Annual Fees
An annual fee shall be charged for each license or certification once the license/certification is granted. The first annual fee will be due 30 days after a license or certification is issued.
New Application Fees
New Application fees are due at time of application submission.
Renewal Fees
Most marijuana and medical licenses and certifications are valid for three years. Every third year, licensees must submit an application for license renewal along with accompanying fees. Licensees will receive a reminder from the online registry portal when renewal applications and fees are due.
