Jacksonville State University hosted an event on Tuesday that focused on educating several industry leaders on Alabama’s growing cannabis workforce.
The institution, which named the event “Preparing Alabama’s Cannabis Workforce,” invited students and instructors, as well as cannabis industry leaders and elected officials, to the campus to discuss the evolving landscape of cannabis and the potential benefits of medical cannabis in treating pediatric cancers.
